Quad/Graphics is seeking Seasonal Forklift/Material Handlers for our Hartford, WI plant. This position offers the opportunity to learn the printing process from the ground up while working with the industry's most advanced printing equipment in a clean, well-kept environment. Seasonal Production forklift workers assist in meeting production goals and deadlines during times of increased volume.
The seasonal opportunity is estimated to run from now until November 14, 2026. Shifts and dates of assignments may be rotated and may vary by department. Hours are based on production needs and consist of 12-hour shifts (days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed). Overtime is required as needed. The role involves a shift schedule of 3 on/4 off or 4 on/3 off, covering both days and nights throughout the year.
Candidates will be asked to follow a specific shift schedule during the interview process. Further details regarding the rotation and specific dates will be explained during the interview.

Strong computer skills. Prior forklift experience. Factory, manufacturing, or work experience involving mechanical or handwork (e.g., laborer, machinist, assembly, bindery, mechanic, warehouse). Printing, finishing (bindery), or warehouse experience.
