About the Role
Quad/Graphics is seeking Seasonal Forklift/Material Handlers for our Hartford, WI plant. The Seasonal Production forklift workers assist in meeting production goals and deadlines during times of increased volume. This position offers the opportunity to learn the printing process from the ground up, while working with the industry's most advanced printing equipment in a clean, well-kept environment.
Our Seasonal opportunity is estimated to run from now until 11/14/2026. Shifts and dates of assignments may be rotated and may vary by department. Hours are based on production needs; however, hours consist of 12-hour shifts, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Overtime is required as needed.
Hiring Process
Candidates will be asked to follow a shift schedule (3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off) for both days and nights throughout the year. The specific details of this rotation will be explained during the interview process.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Strong computer skills. Prior forklift experience. Factory, manufacturing, or work experience involving mechanical or handwork (e.g., laborer, machinist, assembly, bindery, mechanic, warehouse). Printing, finishing (bindery), or warehouse experience.
