About the Role
We are currently seeking a full-time Forklift Operator to grow with us in our Lomira, WI location. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production floor, responsible for inventory control to ensure materials are brought efficiently and accurately to machines. Your work will directly impact our operations by keeping production downtime to a minimum. You will move product and skids using various equipment, service press and finishing machines, and manage loading and unloading of finished products and materials from semi-trailers. Success in this position requires a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while maintaining accurate inventory records using onboard PCs and RF barcoding systems.
Shift Schedule
This position operates on a rotating shift schedule (3 on, 4 off; 4 on, 3 off) covering both days and nights throughout the year. Shifts are 12 hours long, running from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Specific scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process.
