About the Role
This position is part of the Green Team on the Night Shift (3 days, 12 hours) at our Amnicola Plant in Chattanooga, TN. The role is essential to maintaining the flow of production by managing the movement, storage, and preparation of materials within the manufacturing area. You will work closely with the transfer process to handle unloading and loading trailers, wrapping pallets, and managing both finished and unfinished inventory. Your efforts ensure that production goals are met efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

- check_circleUnload deliveries from outside vendors and inspect quality, quantity, and condition
- check_circleUtilize RF Smart to transport pallets and maintain virtual inventory locations
- check_circleMaintain a clean work environment in accordance with Food Safety and 5S systems
- check_circleUnload and load trailers, wrap pallets, and manage finished and unfinished inventory
- check_circleLoad and unload trailers ensuring they are properly locked and chocked
- check_circlePerform daily forklift checklists and routine maintenance on equipment
- check_circleSupply materials to machines such as gluers and bundle machines as directed
- check_circleReport mechanical problems and safety hazards to supervisors immediately
- check_circleVerify pallet labeling and counts, and resolve receiving discrepancies
