About the Role

As a Forklift Operator, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, driving stand-up, battery-powered forklifts to load and unload pallets into designated areas. Your day-to-day involves utilizing cherry pickers, reach trucks, or transporters to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, and move products. Once items are received and processed, you will ensure they are accurately transferred to either the Bulk area or the Pick Mod, maintaining the high standards of our supply chain.

This role is critical for maintaining productivity and accuracy while ensuring all safety protocols are followed. You will also perform detailed checks against documents, manage pallet configurations, and maintain the cleanliness of the work area. As a team member, you may also serve as a floater to other Imperial warehouses, offering flexibility and exposure to different operational environments.

Schedule & Location

This position operates on a night shift schedule, working 4 nights per week from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The warehouse is conveniently located at 150 Blackstone River Rd, Worcester, MA, with easy access via local bus routes.
