About the Role

The Foreign Exchange Analyst serves as a vital support pillar for our foreign exchange clients, ensuring the seamless management of currency accounts, trade pricing, and settlement. This role exists to maintain the precision and reliability of our FX operations in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a bridge between complex financial transactions and our clients, requiring detailed communication and interaction with both internal partners and external stakeholders.

In this position, you will assist with the revaluation of foreign exchange forward contracts and monitor activity within the bank's nostro accounts. A significant portion of your day will involve communicating directly with customers to handle special needs regarding their foreign currency accounts. You will collaborate with internal teams to investigate reconciliation outages and work with liquidity providers to ensure appropriate account coverage. Additionally, you will be responsible for pricing and settling trades through the FX system, issuing trade confirmations, and assisting with general ledger and currency account reconciliations.
