Team members are expected to complete all assigned tasks on the "Daily Job Checklist" consistently and report any uncompleted items to a supervisor promptly. The role involves preparing food using standardized recipes and portioning guidelines while ensuring all items are held within established temperature ranges.
A key focus of the position is observing strict infection control practices, including proper handwashing, wearing gloves and hairnets, and utilizing approved cleaning and sanitizing solutions. The team member must also ensure the kitchen remains clean, neat, and organized by following the cleaning checklist, properly labeling all cooler and freezer items, and operating food service equipment safely and efficiently while utilizing necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
