About the Role
This position is dedicated to preparing, serving, and delivering food throughout the facility in strict adherence to quality assurance and control programs. The role is essential for maintaining high standards of sanitation and ensuring that all food and supplies are ready for service at established times.
Team members are expected to operate food service equipment safely and efficiently while rigorously observing infection control practices, including proper handwashing, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and the application of cleaning and sanitizing solutions. The position requires a consistent focus on detail, from labeling cooler and freezer items according to department policy to maintaining a clean, neat, and organized kitchen environment.
