About the Role
The Food Service Manager is a management position responsible for developing and implementing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. You will oversee and manage dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu. In this role, you will lead the front of the house of the dining operation (Cafeteria/Residential Dining Facility) in conjunction with the Food Service Director, planning, directing, and coordinating food service activities to deliver a finished product to the customer.
Your day will involve using Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met, and maintaining effective client relationships. You will drive financial performance by managing P&L statements and operational productivity through efficient cost controls and profit management.
