As a Food Service Foreman, you will lead a team of passionate Food Service Workers dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. Your primary focus is delivering extraordinary customer experiences while driving department and store sales goals. You will be responsible for planning and executing daily and weekly workloads, creating schedules that align with business needs, and fostering a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
In this role, you will quickly respond to and de-escalate negative customer interactions, empowering your team to make things right for our customers. You will supervise the preparation and sale of food items, manage inventory and supply orders, and ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and security regulations. Beyond operational duties, you will mentor associates, conduct performance reviews, and serve as a key link between the team and management to resolve barriers to optimal customer service.
