About the Role
As a Food Service Associate, you will live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client. You will be the face of our operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment that upholds our high standards for sanitation and service.
In this role, you will support daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and line prep. You will actively respond to guest and client feedback, communicating any issues to the supervisor to ensure potential complaints are mitigated. Your day will involve maintaining safety logs, managing food temperatures and rotation, and staying knowledgeable about all menu items, prices, and specials to share with guests. You will work as part of a team, supporting one another to fill operational gaps and ensuring a seamless guest journey.
