About the Role
The Houseperson/Runner is a vital support role responsible for assisting and supervising supervisors and housekeepers in meeting quality and timeliness standards. This position is essential to maintaining the high standard of excellence that defines our guest experience. You will be the eyes and ears on the floor, ensuring that all assigned buildings or floors are free of linen, trash, or equipment, and that units are turned on time with a sense of urgency.
In this role, you will work directly with resort guests and owners, creating strong, positive customer relations and assisting in solving guest complaints promptly. You will be expected to be knowledgeable of the resort and willing to perform all duties related to site operation as directed by the Executive Housekeeper. Whether you are moving furniture, managing linen inventories, or ensuring a safe working environment, your contribution ensures the seamless operation of our sites.
