About the Role

The Dispatcher/Site Office Staff plays a vital role in supporting Supervisors and Housekeepers to meet quality and timeliness standards. This position ensures the team follows the company mission statement and values while maintaining a sense of urgency to ensure units are turned on time.

In this role, you will coordinate all phone and radio calls, delegate tasks between employees, and assist in solving guest complaints promptly. You will also manage lost and found items, file daily paperwork, and assist with linen inventories and supplies. The position requires a blend of office and operations work, often involving interaction with resort guests and owners.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment but also requires work in an operations environment where odors, dust, and cleaning or laundry chemicals may be present. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, faxes, and filing cabinets.
