The Food Safety Quality and Regulatory Site Senior Supervisor serves as a critical member of the site leadership team, ensuring that all final product shipments meet or exceed company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Beyond compliance, you will be the primary driver of the product safety culture, continuously improving the management systems that govern methods, procedures, maintenance, calibration, and auditing.
In this role, you will act as the primary contact for direct customer and regulatory interactions, building and fostering relationships to respond to questions and issue appropriate resolutions. You will lead process-improvement projects from concept through implementation, analyzing policies to ensure long-term compliance and operational excellence. Your day-to-day involves preventing risks proactively, managing change initiatives, and developing a team that is engaged, safe, and capable of maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
