About the Role
Located at The Resort at Kapalua Bay in Maui, this Food and Beverage & Culinary position is a vital part of our non-management team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of work areas, from setting up and stocking to maintaining the pristine presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
Your day will involve practicing clean-as-you-go procedures to maintain the cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift. You will complete closing duties that include storing reusable goods, breaking down equipment, and securing the facility by locking refrigerators and doors. Beyond the physical demands of the role, you will be the face of our brand, welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards and communicating with clear, professional language. You will also foster positive working relationships with your team, supporting one another to reach common goals while adhering to strict safety, security, and quality expectations.
