About the Role
Located at our property in Lahaina, Hawaii, this position is integral to maintaining the high standards of our Food and Beverage operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of closing duties, which includes storing reusable goods, breaking down inventory, and cleaning all equipment and areas. Your role involves returning equipment to proper locations, securing refrigerators, restocking items, and ensuring all doors are locked.
Throughout your shift, you will set up, stock, and maintain work areas while practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. A key part of your day involves inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use. You will also serve as a welcoming face for our guests, acknowledging them according to company standards and communicating with clear, professional language. This role requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team to reach common goals while adhering to strict quality expectations.
