Located at The Resort at Kapalua Bay in Maui, this Food and Beverage position is integral to maintaining the high standards of our culinary operations. You will be responsible for the seamless execution of closing duties, ensuring all reusable goods are stored, equipment is broken down and cleaned, and work areas are restocked and secured. Your day-to-day involves inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use, while practicing clean-as-you-go procedures to maintain a pristine environment throughout the shift.
Beyond operational tasks, you will serve as a representative of our brand's hospitality. You are expected to welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, communicate with clear and professional language, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette. This role requires physical agility to move, lift, and manipulate objects, as well as the ability to stand or walk for extended periods. You will work collaboratively to support team goals, respond to concerns, and adhere to all safety, security, and quality expectations.
