As a Senior FOA Program Support Analyst, you will provide critical financial assistance to senior finance staff in support of the administration of sponsored programs. Your day-to-day involves processing invoices, resolving purchase order issues, and coordinating with financial managers for expenditure approvals. You will act as a liaison between Sponsored Funds, Financial Accounting, Procurement, and other departments to ensure the timely processing of all transactions.
You will utilize Oracle financial software, Excel, Zoho, and Monday.com to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and databases. A key part of your mission is to efficiently monitor and track budgets and expenditures while assisting with various financial reporting needs. Success in this role requires a strong familiarity with applicable policies, rules, and regulations to appropriately respond to requests and provide information to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
