HCA Florida Gainesville Hospital is a brand-new, state-of-the-art acute care facility scheduled to open in Spring 2026. The Food Services Assistant (PRN) is a vital member of our Food Services team, ensuring that patients receive high-quality nutrition and a positive dining experience. In this role, you will join a group that values collaboration and works together to support patient care. Your day will involve preparing various foods and beverages, portioning meals according to established guidelines and recipes, and managing the dish room and cleaning duties. You will be responsible for proper food handling, storage, and waste reduction, ensuring that our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
