About the Role
We are seeking a motivated floral assistant to join our team in this entry-level position. This role is a genuine opportunity to learn floral design from the ground up. You will thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment where you are dependable, eager to learn, and passionate about flowers and plants.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of supporting our designers and engaging in hands-on production work. This structure provides you with real exposure to the craft from day one, allowing you to grow within the profession while contributing to our high standards of customer service and quality.
