Key Responsibilities
- check_circleTrain and supervise Floor Technicians to meet quality standards
- check_circleReport unit maintenance issues and damaged carpets per company procedure
- check_circleManage special floor and carpet care projects ensuring timely completion
- check_circleComplete and verify timesheets for each job site
- check_circleExecute carpet care procedures such as extraction and shampooing
- check_circleEnsure a safe working environment at all sites and offices
- check_circlePerform floor maintenance tasks including buffing, scrubbing, and waxing
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of two (2) years of successful experience in floor care
- verifiedExperience effectively leading janitorial or floor care associates preferred
