About the Role
The Floor Technician Lead works with and guides the Floor Technicians in meeting quality and timeliness standards in the floor and carpet care of commercial properties. This role also manages special floor and carpet care projects, ensuring they are completed timely while meeting MasterCorp Commercial Services quality standards. The position requires maintaining a high standard of excellence and ensuring a safe working environment at each site and office.

- check_circleManage special floor and carpet care projects ensuring timely completion

- check_circleExecute carpet care procedures such as extraction and shampooing
- check_circleEnsure a safe working environment at all sites and offices
- check_circlePerform floor maintenance tasks including buffing, scrubbing, and waxing
Requirements
