About the Role
The Floor Technician Lead works with and guides the Floor Technicians in meeting quality and timeliness standards in the floor and carpet care of commercial properties. Beyond individual contributions, this role manages special floor and carpet care projects, ensuring they are completed timely while meeting MasterCorp Commercial Services quality standards. You will be the driving force behind maintaining a high standard of excellence across multiple sites.

- check_circleReport unit maintenance issues and damaged or stained carpets
- check_circleManage special floor and carpet care projects ensuring timely completion
- check_circleComplete and verify timesheets for each job site
- check_circleExecute carpet care procedures such as extraction and shampooing
- check_circleEnsure a safe working environment at all sites and offices
- check_circlePerform floor maintenance tasks including buffing, scrubbing, and waxing
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of two (2) years of successful experience in floor care
