About the Role
This position is designed for a Floor Tech responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the floor and carpet care of commercial properties. The purpose of this role is to achieve a standard of floor and carpet care in the most efficient way to serve customers and tenants with great quality.
As a Floor Tech, you will ensure you follow the company mission statement and values while maintaining a high standard of excellence. You will work to ensure guests feel safe and cared for during their vacation by providing exceptional service. The role requires utilizing supplies and equipment efficiently, managing time wisely, and ensuring a safe working environment at each site and office.
