The FLIGHT DECK Transformation Enablement Leader serves as an enterprise catalyst, driving the digital strategy and execution that leverages AI and advanced digital solutions to accelerate the adoption of FLIGHT DECK fundamentals. This role exists to reimagine how people learn, practice, and apply FLIGHT DECK principles every day.
You will partner across FLIGHT DECK Development Programs, Capability Development, Learning Designers, Coordinators, and site leaders to define and deliver an AI-enabled coaching vision. Your day-to-day involves piloting and scaling digital solutions, establishing the operating mechanisms and data guardrails necessary to ensure measurable impact on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. You will act as a bridge between technical AI capabilities and human performance, ensuring that digital tools effectively support our workforce in complex operational environments.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside within 40 miles of a major US airport to facilitate necessary site visits. The role involves up to 30% travel to various sites. GE Aerospace offers a great work environment focused on professional development and challenging careers.
