The FLIGHT DECK Transformation Enablement Leader serves as an enterprise catalyst, partnering across development programs, capability development, learning designers, and site leaders to reimagine how people learn, practice, and apply FLIGHT DECK fundamentals every day. This role is designed to drive the digital strategy and execution that leverages AI and advanced digital solutions to accelerate adoption and capability building.
In this position, you will define and deliver a coaching vision centered on an AI-enabled performance support experience. You will pilot and scale digital solutions while establishing the operating mechanisms, data, and guardrails necessary to ensure measurable impact on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. It is a role for a builder with a bias for experimentation, focused on turning prototypes into scalable solutions that transform daily workflows.
This is a remote position; candidates must be located within 40 miles of a major US airport. The role involves up to 30% travel to various sites to support implementation and collaboration.

Proven track record shipping user-facing digital products or AI-enabled tools with measurable business impact. Strong product and program leadership in discovery, prioritization, backlog/roadmap management, iterative delivery, and change management. Data/AI literacy including understanding of RAG, LLMs, evaluation/guardrails, analytics, and integration patterns. Exceptional stakeholder influence across matrixed environments. Lean manufacturing background. Builder mindset with bias for experimentation and rapid learning. Design-thinking orientation with strong user empathy and experience mapping. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Systems thinking ability to connect content, technology, process, and behavior change. High integrity and strong judgment on data privacy, model risk, and change management.
