Certified Mobile Notary Service is expanding our national signing agent network and seeking dedicated, detail-oriented notaries to conduct loan closings.
As a Signing Agent, you will serve as the critical link between borrowers, lenders, and title companies. Your role involves meeting clients at scheduled times and locations to complete full loan signing packages with precision. You will be responsible for returning completed documents through FedEx/UPS or secure upload, while maintaining accurate logbooks, journals, and proper ID verification.
We offer a flexible opportunity to earn $75–$200 per loan closing, with additional pay available for same-day requests, travel fees, and scanbacks. This role is ideal for those looking to build a notary business with the support of a national network.
