Certified Mobile Notary Service (CMNS) is seeking commissioned Notaries Public nationwide to expand into the rapidly growing fields of Remote Online Notarization (RON) and Mobile Loan Signing Services. With the surge in virtual closings and mobile real estate transactions, the demand for trained, dependable notaries has never been higher. CMNS partners with lenders, title companies, signing services, and national agencies to connect professionals with consistent work.

The Role
As a Remote Online Notary and Mobile Notary Signing Agent, you will serve as a critical link in the real estate and lending process. You will complete notarizations through approved online platforms and conduct traditional in-person signings. Your day-to-day involves guiding borrowers through complex mortgage loan documents, verifying identities, ensuring the proper execution of legal papers, and securely returning completed files to hiring companies. Notaries who offer both mobile and online services are currently in especially high demand.
