We recognize that many people are already providing daily support to friends and family members, and we offer a pathway to get compensated for that care through the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) program.

The Role

As a caregiver, you will serve as a trusted and caring presence in your loved one's life. Your day-to-day impact involves providing essential assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, alongside offering companionship and emotional support. You will also help with reminders and light chores, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

We offer flexible scheduling that fits your life, allowing you to balance your personal commitments with your new professional role. No prior caregiving experience is required to begin this journey.

Getting Started

To join our team, we provide full support to help you meet the necessary qualifications. This includes free and fully supported Direct Support Worker (DSW) training, as well as assistance in finding a course for CPR and First Aid certification if needed. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check. Additionally, the friend or family member you intend to care for must be enrolled in or eligible for the ALTCS program.
