Stand Out Home Care is dedicated to empowering individuals to turn their existing care for friends and family into a paid profession through the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) program. We believe that the most meaningful care comes from those who already share a bond with the recipient, and we exist to support kind, dependable individuals across Arizona in formalizing that relationship.

This role is designed for those who are already helping a loved one with daily tasks but wish to be compensated for their dedication. It is more than just a job; it is a chance to make a real difference for someone close to you while gaining professional experience and earning income. Our mission is to remove barriers to entry, offering free Direct Support Worker (DSW) training and assistance with CPR and First Aid certification so you can focus on what matters most: providing a trusted, caring presence.

Your Day-to-Day

As a paid caregiver, your role centers on being a reliable companion and support system. You will assist with essential daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light chores. Beyond the physical tasks, you will offer vital companionship and emotional support, ensuring your loved one feels safe and valued. The flexible scheduling is designed to fit your life, allowing you to balance your caregiving duties with your personal needs.

How to Apply

To get started, your friend or family member must be enrolled in or eligible for the ALTCS program. Once that foundation is in place, you will need to be at least 18 years old and pass a background check. We provide full support to help you complete the required training and certifications.
