We are looking for kind, dependable individuals across Arizona who want to become paid caregivers for their loved ones through the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) program. Getting Started

To begin your journey as a caregiver, we provide full support to help you meet the necessary requirements. This includes completing the Direct Support Worker (DSW) training at no cost, as well as assistance in finding a course for CPR and First Aid certification if needed. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check. Additionally, the friend or family member you wish to care for must be enrolled in or eligible for the ALTCS program.
