Stand Out Home Care is seeking kind and dependable individuals across Arizona to become paid caregivers for their loved ones through the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) program. Getting Started

To begin your journey as a caregiver, you will need to complete the Direct Support Worker (DSW) training, which is provided free of charge with full support. We also assist in finding courses for CPR and First Aid certification if needed. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check. Additionally, the friend or family member you wish to care for must be enrolled in or eligible for the ALTCS program.
