About the Opportunity

Stand Out Home Care is looking for kind, dependable individuals across Arizona who want to become paid caregivers for their loved ones through the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) program. If you are currently helping a friend or family member with daily tasks, you may be eligible to get paid for the care you already provide.

This is more than a job—it's a chance to make a real difference for someone close to you while gaining experience and earning income. We offer flexible scheduling that fits your life, allowing you to balance your personal commitments with your new role as a caregiver.

Your Role

As a caregiver, you will serve as a trusted, caring presence in your loved one's life. Your day-to-day responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, meals, reminders, and light chores, as well as offering companionship and emotional support.

Getting Started

We make the transition easy by providing full support for the necessary steps:

• Complete Direct Support Worker (DSW) training (free and fully supported)
• Obtain CPR and First Aid certification (we'll help you find a course if needed)
• Pass a background check

To qualify, you must be at least 18 years old, and your friend or family member must be enrolled (or eligible) for ALTCS.
