Getting Started

We provide full support to help you launch your career as a Direct Support Worker (DSW). The process includes completing free DSW training and obtaining CPR and First Aid certification (we can help you find a course if needed). To qualify, you must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, and ensure your friend or family member is enrolled or eligible for the ALTCS program.
