Stand Out Home Care invites individuals across Arizona who are already supporting friends or family members with daily tasks to turn that care into a paid role. Through the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) program, we help you become a certified caregiver for your loved ones, allowing you to earn income while providing the support they already depend on.

Getting Started

To begin, you must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check. Additionally, the friend or family member you wish to care for must be enrolled in or eligible for the ALTCS program.
