About the Opportunity

Stand Out Home Care is dedicated to empowering individuals to turn their existing care for friends and family into a paid profession through the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) program. We believe that the most meaningful care comes from those who already share a deep bond with the recipient. Our mission is to support kind, dependable individuals across Arizona in becoming certified caregivers, allowing them to earn income while continuing to provide the love and support their loved ones already receive.

Getting Started

To begin your journey as a Direct Support Worker (DSW), we provide full support to help you meet all necessary qualifications. This includes free and fully supported DSW training, as well as assistance in finding CPR and First Aid certification courses if you do not currently hold them. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check. Additionally, the individual you wish to care for must be enrolled in or eligible for the ALTCS program.
