Stand Out Home Care invites individuals across Arizona who are already supporting friends or family members with daily tasks to transform their caregiving into a paid profession. Through the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) program, we help you become a certified caregiver for your loved ones, allowing you to earn income while continuing to provide the care you already value.

Your Role

As a caregiver, you will serve as a trusted and caring presence in your loved one's life. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing, preparing meals, offering companionship, and providing emotional support. You will also help with reminders and light chores, ensuring your loved one feels safe, supported, and valued.

Getting Started

To begin this journey, you must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check. Crucially, the friend or family member you wish to care for must be enrolled in or eligible for the ALTCS program. Once these criteria are met, we guide you through the necessary training and certification steps to ensure you are fully prepared to provide high-quality care.
