Are you currently helping a friend or family member with daily tasks? You may be eligible to get paid for the care you already provide through Stand Out Home Care.

We are looking for kind, dependable individuals across Arizona who want to become paid caregivers for their loved ones through the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) program. This is more than a job—it's a chance to make a real difference for someone close to you, while gaining experience and earning income.

Getting Started

Let us help you get started as a caregiver for someone who already depends on you. To begin, you will need to complete the Direct Support Worker (DSW) training, which is free and fully supported by us. We will also help you find a course if you need CPR and First Aid certification.

To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check. Additionally, the friend or family member you wish to care for must be enrolled in or eligible for the ALTCS program.
