About the Opportunity

Are you currently helping a friend or family member with daily tasks? You may be eligible to get paid for the care you already provide. Stand Out Home Care is looking for kind, dependable individuals across Arizona who want to become paid caregivers for their loved ones through the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) program.

This is more than a job—it's a chance to make a real difference for someone close to you, while gaining experience and earning income. We offer flexible scheduling that fits your life, allowing you to earn income while caring for someone you already love and support.

Getting Started

No prior caregiving experience is needed to join us. To get started, you will complete Direct Support Worker (DSW) training, which is free and fully supported by our team. We will also help you find a course if you need CPR and First Aid certification.

To qualify, you must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check. Additionally, the friend or family member you wish to care for must be enrolled in or eligible for ALTCS.

Your Impact

As a caregiver, you will be a trusted, caring presence in your loved one's life. Your role includes helping with bathing, dressing, meals, reminders, and light chores, as well as offering companionship and emotional support.
