Stand Out Home Care is dedicated to empowering individuals to turn their existing care for friends and family into a paid profession through the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) program. This role is designed for kind, dependable individuals across Arizona who are already supporting a loved one with daily tasks. It offers a unique path to earn income while continuing to provide the companionship and emotional support that matters most to your family or friend.

Getting Started

We support you through every step of the transition. To get started, you will complete our Direct Support Worker (DSW) training, which is free and fully supported by our team. If you need assistance, we will also help you find a course for CPR and First Aid certification.

Eligibility requires that you are at least 18 years old, pass a background check, and that the person you care for is enrolled or eligible for ALTCS. Once these steps are complete, you can begin providing trusted, caring presence in your loved one's life, assisting with bathing, dressing, meals, reminders, and light chores.
