Getting Started
To begin your journey as a caregiver, you will need to complete the Direct Support Worker (DSW) training, which is provided free of charge with full support. We also assist in finding courses for CPR and First Aid certification if needed. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check. Additionally, the friend or family member you wish to care for must be enrolled in or eligible for the ALTCS program.

Your role involves providing essential support such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, reminders, and light chores, alongside offering companionship and emotional support.
