Stand Out Home Care is seeking kind and dependable individuals across Arizona to become paid caregivers for their loved ones through the ALTCS (Arizona Long Term Care System) program. This unique opportunity allows you to get paid for the care you already provide to friends or family members.

Getting Started
To begin your journey as a caregiver, you must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check. Your loved one must be enrolled in or eligible for ALTCS.
We provide full support to help you meet the necessary qualifications:
- Complete the Direct Support Worker (DSW) training at no cost.
- Obtain CPR and First Aid certification (we will help you find a course if needed).
