Penske Logistics engineers state-of-the-art transportation, warehousing, and freight management solutions that deliver powerful business results for market-leading companies. With operations spanning North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, Penske and its associates help businesses move forward by increasing visibility and driving down supply-chain costs. When you join Penske, you become part of a team of professional truck drivers committed to delivering products safely and on time. We are proud to haul freight for some of the world's leading brands, representing not just Penske, but also our clients through their branded trucks and uniforms.
As a Full-time Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will drive late-model, Penske-maintained trucks equipped with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. Your primary mission is to perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to retail stores regionally. This role requires you to unload trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, while scanning products as they are delivered.
The schedule involves regional travel where you can expect to be away from home for 2 to 3 weeks per assignment, working from assigned locations for the duration of the work. While dispatch times vary, the role offers the unique benefit of being home every weekend. You will represent Penske and your clients, building relationships through incredible customer service. The position is regulated by the Department of Transportation and requires the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Ready to put your truck-driving career in high gear? Penske is a stable, nationwide company known for having the best equipment, great management, clear communication, and a fantastic safety record. We offer tons of training opportunities, and with locations across the nation, you can move to a new city as your career grows. We pay every Friday and provide a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation and holidays from day one, generous retirement benefits, excellent health care coverage, and a driver referral bonus program.
To join our team, you must complete the Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history), and undergo a drug screening. We are committed to building a diverse workforce and consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
