Penske is more than just yellow trucks; we are a stable, nationwide company known for delivering products safely and on time for some of the world's leading brands. Our team of professional drivers is committed to incredible customer service and building strong relationships with our accounts. When you drive for Penske, you represent both our company and your clients, often driving branded trucks and wearing client uniforms.
We pride ourselves on having the best equipment, great management, clear communication, and a fantastic safety record. With locations across the nation, we offer a career that is constantly on the move, providing opportunities for training and the ability to relocate to new cities.
As a Full-time Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will travel regionally to work at various locations, performing multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to retail stores. This role requires you to unload trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, while using scanners to track products as they are delivered.
You will drive late-model Penske maintained trucks equipped with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. While dispatch times vary depending on the assignment, you can expect to be away from home for 2 to 3 weeks per assignment, traveling to your assigned location to work for the duration of that assignment. Despite the travel, the schedule is designed so you are home every weekend.
Ready to put your truck-driving career in high gear? Join a team that pays every Friday and offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation and holidays from day one, excellent health care coverage, and generous retirement benefits. We also offer a driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral, a safety incentive program, and a Premier Driver Recognition Program.
To apply, you must complete the Penske employment application and submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening. This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation and designated as safety-sensitive, requiring the ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
Penske is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
