Penske Logistics engineers state-of-the-art transportation, warehousing, and freight management solutions that deliver powerful business results for market-leading companies. With operations spanning North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, Penske and its associates help businesses move forward by increasing visibility and driving down supply-chain costs.
Ready to put your truck-driving career in high gear? As a Full-time Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will join a team of professionals committed to delivering products safely and on time. You will represent not just Penske, but also your clients, often driving their branded trucks and wearing their uniforms.
This role involves traveling regionally to work at various locations, with assignments requiring you to be away from home for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. You will perform multi-stop live load and live unload deliveries, covering multiple accounts as needed. The freight is "no touch," meaning you will not be required to handle the cargo itself.
You will drive late-model Penske-maintained trucks equipped with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. Dispatch times will vary depending on your work assignment, offering a dynamic day-to-day experience.
When you drive for Penske, you are part of a stable, nationwide company known for having the best equipment, great management, clear communication, and a fantastic safety record. We pay every Friday and offer tons of training opportunities to help you grow. With locations across the nation, you also have the flexibility to move to a new city as your career advances.
Beyond the road, we are proud to haul freight for some of the world's leading brands. It is about incredible customer service and building relationships with your accounts. Our comprehensive benefits plan keeps associates and their families happy, healthy, and secure, starting with paid vacation and holidays on day one.
To join the team, you must complete the Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history), and undergo a drug screening. This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation and designated as safety-sensitive; therefore, the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.
Penske is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
