Tower Group has been operating dedicated wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAV) in the Portland area since May 2019. As one of the top employers in the region, our mission is to provide the highest quality service to WAV program passengers. About the Role

As a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle Driver, you will be the face of Tower Mobility, providing essential transportation to wheelchair users. This role goes beyond driving; it requires a deep commitment to customer service and the physical assistance of passengers. You will operate our company-provided vehicles, utilizing mobile devices for routing while ensuring the safe transfer of passengers, including those weighing up to 400 pounds. You will be responsible for operating wheelchair ramps and securement systems, making every journey comfortable and dignified.

Hiring Process

Candidates must meet minimum requirements to be considered, including being at least 25 years old, holding a valid US Driver's License with a two-year driving history, and being authorized to work in the U.S. Successful applicants will undergo a pre-employment background check and drug test.
