The Role

As a CDL-A Flatbed Driver, you will operate late-model Kenworth tractors hauling freight that keeps you earning. Unlike traditional flatbed roles, our freight mix is designed to maximize your time on the road: 40% of loads are drop-and-hook, and 40% do not require tarping. This allows you to focus on driving rather than extensive load handling.

The role offers a rhythm that keeps you earning and living well, with a schedule designed to get you home every weekend. Whether you are an experienced veteran or new to flatbed, the company supports your growth. New drivers without flatbed experience can start with one week of paid orientation in Birmingham, followed by a second week driving with a flatbed instructor to build skills while earning.
