About the Role

We are seeking Recent CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers for our Flatbed Regional routes based in Denver, CO (Division 272). This role is designed for those who want to transport critical materials while maintaining a schedule that allows for home time on weekends.

If you are a recent graduate, we offer a unique opportunity to train and start your career with us through June 30, 2026. You will drive modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings and satellite communication. Our fleet is supported by 24/7/365 road service, ensuring that if a truck needs repairs, it is not sent back out until it is 100% safe.

Drivers benefit from an award-winning app built by drivers for drivers, providing real-time updates, pay access, and trip data. We foster a family culture where safety is paramount, and support is always available for load securement advice or personal needs.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old. While we prefer one year of experience, recent CDL-A graduates are welcome to apply for our training program. All candidates must pass a background check, drug test, and clearinghouse check. Additionally, flatbed drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform, a requirement tested during orientation.

We offer a $1,800 Transition Package to help you settle in, with $1,000 allocated for your first two weeks of orientation. Applications for this specific opportunity are accepted through June 30, 2026.
