About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers to join our team in the western region, specifically based out of our Denver, CO terminal (Division 272). This role offers regional routes with a commitment to home time on weekends. As a driver, you will operate our modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks, which are equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies including lane departure warnings, forward-collision systems, and satellite communication devices.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, you must meet specific qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and having a minimum of 4 months of driving experience. A clean driving record, successful background check, clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result are required. Additionally, flatbed drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement tested during orientation.

3. Orientation: Upon selection, you will receive a $1,800 Transition Package, including $1,000 for orientation, to help you focus on driving while we handle the rest.

Note: The $5,000 bonus is paid out in four installments of $1,250 over a 12-month period of active, good-standing employment. Owner/operators and trainees with less than 4 months of experience are not eligible for this specific bonus.
