About the Role

We are seeking Recent CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers to join our flatbed fleet in the western region. This role involves operating regional routes out of our Denver, CO terminal (Division 272), with a schedule that includes home time on weekends. As a flatbed driver, you will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized materials, which includes tarping loads approximately 70% of the time.

We believe in investing in our drivers. For a limited time through June 30, 2026, we are offering a unique opportunity for recent CDL-A graduates to receive training and launch their careers with us. We provide a $1,800 transition package to support your move, including orientation pay for your first two weeks. Our fleet consists of modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings and forward-collision systems. Drivers also have access to an award-winning driver portal app for real-time updates, pay access, and trip data.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old. While we prefer candidates with one year of experience, recent graduates are encouraged to apply during our special training window. The hiring process includes a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. Additionally, candidates must pass a physical test demonstrating the ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice.
